$575.00 Vendor Sponsored Golf Team and hole sponsorship - Registration for a 4 person team and recognition as a hole sponsor. List as vendor name with contact. Team can include all vendors or a mix of vendors and Engineer/Hospital personnel. Vendor is responsible for filling spots and naming team members. (May buy one or multiple.)
